2. Peralatan, Mesin, dan Produk Sandblasting
a. Sandblasting Pot

A wide range of high production single or double chamber and multiple outlet machines are available, manufactured to cover all possible requirements of the industry. b. Sandblasting Hose
This machine is designed with a PLC controlled hoisting system to pull at the blast hose with an adjustable constant speed to clean the inside of pipes. The speed can be adjusted from almost zero to 15 mtr/minute.
The semi-automatic winch system is specially developed for the Internal Pipe Cleaning Equipment like the Circleblast, Spinnerblast, and Jumboblast as well as for the Pipe Coating Equipment.

Side door opening allows loading of bulky parts. Large 16-1/2 in. high work area is ideal for working with larger pieces. Includes abrasive gun with ceramic nozzles, hose and 14 in.

d. Sandblasting Internal Pipe
This system consists of a self propelled framed cart, rotary head, rotary diffuser, and a remote control panel, nozzle head holders.
Features a customized thermoplastic sleeve and an air-bleed vent providing longer tool service life and superior rotary joint sealing than other spin blasting units. Also incorporates a “Twin Shoe” braking system for superior braking and tool balance.
This pneumatic air motor controlled tool provides infinite variability in rotation speed and instant braking. Each Twister is supplied with two (2) boron carbide nozzles (1/4”, 5/16”, or 3/8”), centering carriage kit with two (2) legs and wheel sets (short set for 12” – 20” and a long set for 20” – 36”), and wrench kit.
